With Experience in the Motor Trade in excess of 15 Years, our Qualified Technicians carry out all mechanical work to a high standard from Vehicle maintenance to servicing. Giving you the peace of mind when behind the wheel.
Vehicle Restoration
Restoration is vital to the longevity of your vehicle, over time body panels can show rust and start corroding. Our restoration team will bring the vehicle back to its original condition.This process allows car owners to have that new Car feeling all over again. Restoration gives future owners that peace of mind when it comes to future value.
Preparation Operative
Preparation is crucial in all stages of a body repair. Upon completion of panel beating, filling and sanding, the panels are then masked up. A Prep paste is then applied for smoothing of the body panels that will be undergo the next stage of priming.
Paint Mixing Operative
Once a vehicle has undergone priming stage, the Paint to be sprayed on is then prepared in our state of the art technology Paint Mixing / Spray Gun cleaning room. This allows us to concisely match the paintwork to your vehicle to its exact paint code, leaving no odd mismatch of colour.
Sprayer
Our Professional Spraying team protect the vehicle prior to spraying, upon completion of the masking process the paint application takes place. Firstly primer/sealer coats are used to provide anti-corrosion protection. Several coats of colour are then applied after which a clear lacquer is used to give the paintwork a deep and lasting shine.
Preparation & Polish
Our Prep and Polish team carry out a quality control inspection to identify any swirl marks and panels that require
decontamination prior to polish. This stage also compliments post vehicle restoration. Each panel is individually masked and worked on. The panels are then decontaminated and multi-stage flat and polish is then carried out bringing the showroom shine back.
